Colts Corner Daycare will be providing services at the newly built Bin Town Child Care Center starting this fall! Currently based in Belmond, Colts is led by President Bradi Arnold, and Director Maya Varner. The announcement comes as construction crews work to complete the facility by Fall 2024.
In 2022, a consortium of local businesses and schools recognized the need for additional childcare in the Sheffield area. Together, the West Fork School District, United Bank & Trust Company, and Sukup Manufacturing Co. received the Future Ready Iowa Grant to help fill this need.
Currently, Colts Corner operates a child care center just a short drive from Sheffield in Belmond. They opened their doors a few short years ago with the help of similar grant funding. As was the case in Sheffield, the community recognized the need in their area and rallied behind Colts Corner in support. The Colts Corner team is excited to provide quality care in Sheffield and to become part of the community.
The new building is under construction at 442 E. Gilman St. in Sheffield.
